How Therapy Gift Cards Work
Gift cards never expire. When someone uses them to begin services, the credited amount is applied toward the sessions through the secure EHR system (I do this!). During the intake session, the therapist explains the standard fee structure, what the gift card covers and what happens when funds run out. This ensures the person understands the financial commitment before they start therapy.
